Club PRAGA: your entry into the PRAGA exhibitions history still open!
As promised, all the generous donators to Club PRAGA have been highlighted at the PRAGA 2018 website https://www.praga2018.cz/en/praga-club/ and as you can see from the list of the contributors, the initiative received a great feedback from the collectors around the world!
If you want to be registered among the PRAGA 2018 donators, you have still few day time to do so: you only need to send an amount of at least CZK 1.000 (about EUR 40/USD 50) to the bank account of the Spolek Světová výstava poštovních známek PRAGA 2018 as early as your contribution arrives to the bank account latest on July 8, 2018.
Of course, you can contribute to Club PRAGA also after expiration of the above deadline, but please understand that due to the closing date of the exhibition catalogue your name could not be traced in the PRAGA 2018 one, if your contribution arrives after the above day.

PRAGA Club (“Klub PRAGA”) – list of donors who contributed to the organization of PRAGA 2018 Exhibition
The costs of organizing any world stamp exhibition are so high nowadays that no philatelic union can cover them only from its own resources. Therefore, the Organizing Committee of PRAGA 2018 World Stamp Exhibition founded “Klub PRAGA“ which can be joined by any person or firm that decides to contribute to the organization of the exhibition by donating any financial amount. It is actually a return to the old tradition – the first PRAGA exhibition was organized in 1938 with considerable support provided by Czech and Slovak collectors.

opened at Fio banka in Prague, which is managed by the main organizer of the exhibition, Spolek Světová výstava poštovních známek PRAGA 2018, z.s. (PRAGA 2018 World Stamp Exhibition Association), ID No. 04873394, founded by Svaz českých filatelistů (Union of Czech Philatelists). Klub PRAGA is a part of this association and the amount of contributions is not limited in any manner. Reception of each contribution will be confirmed by the Organizing Committee of PRAGA 2018 World Stamp Exhibition and the contributor’s name will be subsequently published at www.praga2018.cz in the order in which the given contribution was received.
The names of those who contribute an amount of at least 1,000 CZK will be published in the PRAGA 2018 exhibition catalogue, being thus forever associated with the exhibition.
Naturally, not all philatelists can afford to provide a financial contribution to PRAGA 2018 Exhibition for various reasons and still they might want to get involved in this prestigious event. We have prepared for them the possibility to participate in the world exhibition in the form of voluntary activities.
